- 療程後應避免過度搓揉或按壓療程部位。療程後可照常做運動及恢復日常活動，但24小時內應避免大幅俯身及避免飲酒，一星期內亦不宜進行面部美容，按摩及蒸氣浴，以免刺激療程部位而影響療效。
- 療程後，療程位置可能會出現輕微紅腫，可用冰敷舒緩情況，並於數小時後逐步退減。瘀青情況亦為普遍，數日後會逐步退減
- 療程後1-3天，肌膚可能會有脫皮、紅癢或局部出現暗瘡情況，均屬正常現象，數日後會逐步退減
