在未施打relfydess之前，正常的肌肉神經接合處會釋放「乙醯膽鹼」，這一過程刺激肌肉的收縮，其具體步驟如下：

Before the administration of Dysport, the normal neuromuscular junction releases acetylcholine, a process that stimulates muscle contraction. The specific steps are as follows:

The peripheral nerve contains multiple "synaptic vesicles" filled with acetylcholine.

These vesicles bind to the SNAP-25 protein.

The vesicles are transported to the nerve terminal and fuse with the cell membrane.

Once acetylcholine is released from the vesicles, it binds to muscle receptors, transmitting nerve signals and leading to muscle contraction.
