ELLANSE, also known as the "Youthful Injection," is a collagen stimulant developed collaboratively by the Netherlands and the UK. It consists of 30% polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres and 70% PBS biodegradable material (carboxymethylcellulose, CMC) in a gel formulation. CMC provides immediate filling and wrinkle-reducing effects, while PCL helps reconstruct the bone collagen framework and stimulates new collagen production, resulting in long-lasting fullness and a natural appearance. Both components can be completely broken down and absorbed by the body, ensuring a safe and worry-free experience. ELLANSE effectively fills hollow areas, achieving a plump, lifted, and wrinkle-free look, enhancing the overall facial contours.

Ellansé contains no hyaluronic acid or BDDE cross-linking agents. Instead, it utilizes a CMC (carboxymethylcellulose) water-soluble gel derived from natural plant sources, certified as safe and free of side effects by the U.S. FDA. Combined with the unique patented STAT™ Technology, which adjusts the length and density of molecular chains, it creates a highly viscous gel with excellent moldability. This enables stable skin support and immediate volumizing effects post-injection, delivering both structural stability and instant fullness.
